Community Manager (Early-Career)

Location: On-ground / Hybrid (Builder Nest locations)
Experience: 0–2 years ONLY
Eligibility: Final-year students or recent graduates (2023–2025)
Compensation: Unpaid first 3 months Paid / Equity / Core Team based on performance

Role Overview:-
As a Community Manager, you will be the heartbeat of Axibator's founder community — on ground and online.
You'll help founders:
- Feel welcomed
- Stay engaged
- Ship consistently
- Grow together
This is a people + execution role, not just content posting.
What You'll Do:-
- Onboard founders, fellows & builders into Axibator programs
- Run daily / weekly community rituals:
- Build jams
- Demo circles
- Feedback sessions
- Founder check-ins
- Manage WhatsApp / Slack / Discord communities
- Coordinate events at Builder Nests
- Support Ignite, Incubation & Village Lab cohorts
- Act as the bridge between:
- Founders
- Mentors
- Operations team
- Capture community insights & feedback loops
- Help maintain Axibator's culture: ship > talk
You're a great fit if you:-
- Are a recent graduate or final-year student
- Love bringing people together
- Have an entrepreneurial or builder background
- Have done at least one of the following:
- Been part of E-Cell / startup / innovation clubs
- Organised meetups, hackathons, workshops, or events
- Worked or interned at a startup
- Built or been part of an active community
- Are comfortable with on-ground hustle and people work
