Role Description

We're looking for someone to be the human voice of Delhi Watch Company across social platforms. This role is focused on engaging with our communityreplying to comments and DMs on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Redditwhile maintaining a consistent, honest, and informed brand tone. You'll help answer questions, handle concerns, foster customer relations, and flag recurring feedback or issues to the team. If you enjoy conversations, understand online communities, and can represent a brand thoughtfully in public spaces, this role is for you.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Community Engagement, and Online Reputation Management
  • Experience with Content Creation, Communication, and Brand Storytelling
  • Strong Problem Solving, Customer Support, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Event Planning, Networking, and Influencer Collaboration experience
  • Ability to analyze community feedback and develop actionable strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in lifestyle, fashion, or retail industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
