Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will oversee community engagement efforts, foster connections with students, manage partnerships, and act as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include organizing college events, coordinating promotional campaigns, managing communication with stakeholders, and building relationships with students, artists and creators. Additionally, the role involves moderating community interactions, addressing feedback, and contributing to overall brand growth and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Community Management and Event Planning experience, including hosting events and building community relationships
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to manage partnerships, engage with stakeholders, and lead community interactions
• Proficiency in Social Media Management and Content Creation to oversee marketing campaigns and digital engagement
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively and handle feedback constructively
• Experience in youth culture, entertainment, or event industries is preferred
• Organizational and Project Management skills for planning and executing events and campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields
