Role Highlights:

Title: Operations Executive / Community Manager

Profile: Workspace Operations & Community Management

Experience: 14 years in coworking, hospitality, serviced offices, or facility operations (preferred)

Skills: Excellent communication, client servicing, community engagement, vendor coordination, facility operations, conflict resolution, event coordination, and basic reporting

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the business centre ensuring smooth functioning

Act as the primary point of contact for members, resolving queries and operational issues

Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, IT, and maintenance services

Ensure high service standards and strong member experience

Support onboarding/offboarding of clients and workspace readiness

Organize community activities, events, and engagement initiatives

Maintain operational reports, occupancy data, and client records

Preferreds Background:

Prior experience in coworking spaces, serviced offices, hotels, or corporate facilities

Strong people management and multitasking abilities

Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
