Job Description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Build and manage a strong community across online and offline channels.

2. Plan, organize, and execute events, meetups, workshops, and community activations.

3. Engage with the community on social media platforms through comments, DMs, polls, and discussions.

4. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to drive community-focused campaigns.

5. Encourage user-generated content and community participation.

6. Collect community feedback and insights to support product and marketing improvements.

7. Represent the brand at events and maintain positive community relationships.

Skills required:

Community Management, Content Marketing, Coordination, Creativity, Effective Communication, Event Management, Interpersonal skills, Planning, Problem Solving, Report Generation, Social Media Marketing

Other requirements:

1. Experience managing brand communities or interest-based groups.

2. Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Discord communities.

3. Passion for startups, mobility, or lifestyle brands.

4. Ability to work flexible hours during events and meetups.
