Job Description

Hiring for our client, a leading Ice-Cream brand.

Role: Marketing Manager

Location: Hyderabad (In-Office)

Budgeted Salary - 18 LPA(based on experience and interview performance)

Reporting To: Director / CEO

Role Objective

Lead end-to-end marketing across physical and digital channels to drive store footfall, brand recall, and customer engagement through high-impact campaigns and sensory-driven brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign & Brand Marketing

  • Plan and execute 360° campaigns for product launches and seasonal offerings (e.g., Sitaphal, Alphonso Mango)
  • Drive brand visibility and top-of-mind recall across channels
  • Ensure consistent storytelling and brand experience

2. Store Marketing (LSM)

  • Design and implement Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies
  • Drive footfall growth in specific regions and underperforming outlets
  • Work closely with operations to improve store-level performance

3. Social Media & Content

  • Own brand presence across Instagram and short-video platforms
  • Create high-engagement, sensory-led content (e.g., ice cream mixing visuals)
  • Maintain strong visual identity aligned with brand aesthetics

4. Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Build and manage partnerships with food bloggers and influencers
  • Drive store visits, reviews, and local buzz
  • Execute hyperlocal collaborations and activations

5. Customer Retention & Loyalty

  • Manage CRM and loyalty programs to improve repeat walk-ins
  • Design targeted campaigns to increase customer lifetime value

6. Vendor & Execution Management

  • Coordinate with agencies, printers, and vendors for in-store branding
  • Ensure high-quality execution across signage, creatives, and store branding

7. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track ROI on campaigns and ad spends
  • Analyze sales and customer data to refine marketing strategies
  • Continuously optimize for growth and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–8 years in QSR / FMCG / Retail marketing
  • Education: MBA in Marketing or related field
  • Strong visual and aesthetic sense (food/dessert branding preferred)
  • Data-driven with ability to track and improve marketing ROI
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • High ownership with hands-on execution mindset
