Job Title: Community Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Online Reputation Management (ORM): Monitor and manage brand mentions across healthcare forums, review sites, and social media to ensure compliance, trust, and a positive public image.
- Chat Support: Provide accurate, compassionate, and compliant responses to patient and healthcare provider inquiries via chat tools, escalating sensitive issues appropriately.
- Community Management: Engage with patients, caregivers, and HCPs across digital channels to encourage informed discussions, answer questions, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to create and nurture online health-focused communities that promote safe product use, wellness tips, and patient support.
- Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure all communication aligns with industry regulations, including FDA, HIPAA, and internal medical-legal standards.
- Insights & Reporting: Analyze community sentiment, engagement levels, and reputation data to inform content strategy and report risks or opportunities to cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in community management, digital health communication, or patient engagement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Proven experience with ORM tools (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch, Google Alerts) and chat platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
- Understanding pharma compliance and regulatory frameworks (FDA, HIPAA, pharmacovigilance).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first, empathetic approach.
- Excellent written communication skills, especially in regulated content environments.
