The Opportunity:

As a Community Hub Manager, you'll be at the heart of exciting and lively workspaces, interacting daily with a diverse mix of multi-national companies, entrepreneurs, and seasoned professionals. This position will give you the opportunity to dive deep into member experience and center management while exploring creative ways to boost revenue. Your dedication and enthusiasm will pave the way for you to become a key facilitator within our community, possibly managing multiple centers across the city. You'll also get to channel your inner events expert, planning and executing memorable gatherings that bring our members together. In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping a thriving community, driving its growth and success every day!

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal Hub Community Manager is someone who embodies the Dextrus Edge ethos of empathy, care, and love, consistently providing service that makes members feel valued and supported. You will lead by example, balancing operational excellence with the human side of the business, ensuring our members have a space where they can thrive. Community Engagement & Elevated Hospitality Experience:

  • Member Relations: Learn and imbibe the Dextrus Edge philosophy where you ensure every guest and member interaction is underpinned by empathy, care, and professionalism, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Event Planning: Organize workshops and networking events that promote collaboration and community, using feedback to enhance future experiences
  • Feedback & Adaptation: Collect and analyse member feedback to continuously improve services and strategies.

Team Training & Development:

  • Team Training: Implement training programs for new and existing staff to equip them with essential skills.
  • Mentorship: Provide support and mentorship, encouraging professional growth and leadership within the team.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular assessments to offer constructive feedback for team development.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Creation & Management:

  • SOP Development: Create and maintain SOPs for consistent and efficient operations.
  • Training on SOPs: Ensure team members are trained on these procedures to uphold quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update SOPs based on feedback and best practices.

Center Management:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and resource management.
  • Budget Monitoring: Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses to maintain financial health.
  • Quality Control: Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, addressing issues promptly.

Partnerships & Business Development:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships that enhance member experiences and support growth.
  • Client Relations: Build strong relationships with members, meeting their needs and exploring additional service opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor member engagement and financial metrics,
  • preparing reports for management.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

In this dynamic role, you'll manage daily operations while building a vibrant community and ensuring an exceptional member experience. Your leadership will be key to the center's success!

  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in community engagement, coworking center management, or related fields, with a background in real estate, hospitality, or coworking environments.
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong understanding of facility management, customer service, and business operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing feedback and data to inform decision-making and strategy adaptation.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and enhance member satisfaction through innovative solutions.
