Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Head based in Bengaluru South(Mahadevpura). As a Community Head, you will lead community engagement initiatives, develop and manage thriving communities, and oversee program implementation to build strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include fostering communication within the community, identifying growth opportunities, and mentoring teams to achieve strategic objectives for community development.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Community Engagement and Community Development
• Strong Communication and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in Program Management and project execution
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in managing community-focused projects is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Marketing Experience will be a plus
