Mode: Remote, with a mandatory requirement to visit our office on alternate Saturdays for strategic meetings and collaborative sessions.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Develop and schedule engaging content (e.g., discussions, multimedia, articles) tailored to different community segments.
- Actively moderate community platforms, fostering positive interactions and resolving minor conflicts in line with established guidelines.
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and virtual events to drive member acquisition and retention.
- Track and report on key community metrics (e.g., engagement rates, new member growth, active user participation).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align community efforts with broader organizational goals and messaging.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to suggest improvements and new engagement initiatives.
