About the Role

Dream On Travel is seeking a Community Experience Curator to elevate the emotional and social aspect of our group trips. You'll design icebreakers, plan engaging moments, curate travel kits and gifts, and work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure every traveller feels valued, included, and inspired.

The Community Experience Curator will craft memorable travel experiences that go beyond itineraries by designing thoughtful activities, curating gifts, and fostering a sense of belonging within the Dream On Travel community. This includes planning engaging games, selecting meaningful gifts, and ensuring every trip reflects our strangers to friends spirit.

Role Nature

This is a creative, people-centric role ideal for someone who thrives on connection, storytelling, and detail. The Community Experience Curator will bring warmth and imagination to every journey, making each trip special and uniquely crafted.

Key Responsibilities

Curate and organize interactive activities, games, and bonding experiences for group trips.

Design and source travel gifts, welcome kits, and personalized keepsakes for travellers.

Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to align experience elements with trip schedules.

Research, source and find authentic and meaningful gifts from different parts of the country

Work with the marketing team to design experiences that focus on the brand and are shareable

Maintain inventory and oversee the complete logistics for gifts, kits and other materials.

Requirements

Graduate in any field. Both freshers and experienced can apply

Experience in creative thinking, event planning or customer engagement is a plus

Creative, spontaneous and has a strong sense of aesthetics

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Ability to think on the spot and bring energy to group settings.

Familiarity with Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus).

Passion for travel and connecting with people.

Other important things to note

We are considering Coimbatore-based candidates only.

This is a work-from-office position, and a daily commute to the office is required.

The starting salary is 15,000 -18,000per month, and may vary depending on experience and skill level.
