At Caarabi Coffee Roasters, we're building more than a coffee brand — we're shaping how people experience coffee in India.
From sourcing green beans in close collaboration with estates to crafting roasts that highlight origin and clarity, everything we do is intentional. Our New Delhi roastery is an open space for people to engage with coffee through tastings, conversations, and shared experiences.
We're looking for someone who can lead how people experience Caarabi — both in our space and across our digital presence.
Community & Customer Experience
- Own and elevate the on-ground customer experience at the roastery
- Build and nurture a consistent, engaged community
- Ensure every visitor interaction reflects brand warmth, knowledge, and hospitality
- Capture and synthesize customer feedback to improve experience quality
Events & Experiences
- Conceptualise and execute tastings, workshops, and community events
- Manage end-to-end event planning, coordination, and hosting
- Drive participation, repeat attendance, and community engagement through events
- Represent the brand at external activations and industry events
Content & Social Media
- Plan and manage the social media calendar across platforms
- Oversee creation of content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand voice
- Drive storytelling across products, processes, people, and experiences
- Monitor engagement and optimise content performance
Brand Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and build collaborations with cafés, brands, and creators
- Execute co-branded activations and campaigns
- Support PR and brand visibility initiatives
Creative Coordination & Execution
- Translate founder and Art Director briefs into actionable plans in sync with the creative team
- Align all creative outputs across campaigns, digital, and physical touchpoints
- Maintain timelines, workflows, and delivery accountability
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, aesthetics, and execution quality
Digital & Platform Management
- Oversee brand presence across Instagram, Shopify, and WhatsApp Business
- Coordinate website updates, product launches, and event communication
- Ensure seamless and consistent digital brand experience
Reporting & Process Management
- Track progress across initiatives and maintain structured workflows
- Provide regular updates to founders and key stakeholders
- Ensure clarity in timelines, deliverables, and execution status
- Improve processes for better efficiency and team coordination
Note:
This role aligns with operations only on feasibility, timelines, and service expectations. It does not manage staff, shifts, or service execution.
Job Requirements:
- Background in Brand, Events, Marketing, Luxury, Fashion, or Lifestyle
- Prior agency experience, ideally with F&B or hospitality brands
- Prior influencer management experience
- Experience in customer-facing or brand-hosting roles
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments
- Calm, solution-oriented conflict-resolution mindset
- Proficient with Google Calendar, Sheets, reporting, and data management
- Experience overseeing brand presence across Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram Business
