Community Assistant

Apollo Tele Health Services is seeking a motivated Community Assistant to support healthcare outreach programs and community health initiatives. The Community Assistant will work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate health education, organize events, and assist patients in accessing medical services. This role is essential in bridging the gap between the community and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing community health programs, camps, and awareness drives.
• Support healthcare professionals in outreach and patient education activities.
• Maintain records of community visits, patient interactions, and health campaigns.
• Facilitate communication between healthcare teams and community members.
• Educate community members on preventive healthcare, hygiene, and healthy lifestyles.
• Assist in mobilizing resources and volunteers for health initiatives.
• Follow up with patients and community members regarding healthcare services.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all community activities.
• Support logistics and administrative tasks during outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in social work, community development, or healthcare preferred.
• Good knowledge of community health practices and public awareness campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
