Job Description

Ghrs Training is seeking an experienced and passionate Communications Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. This role is crucial for enhancing the communication skills of our workforce, with a strong focus on voice, accent, and grammar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on Voice & Accent and Grammar.
  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs and tailor programs to address specific skill gaps.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individuals to improve their communication proficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and make continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices in communication training and integrate them into current programs.

About You:

  • You have 4+ years of dedicated experience in Voice & Accent and Grammar Training.
  • Your background is primarily within the Learning and Development domain.
  • You possess exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are adept at identifying individual learning styles and adapting training methodologies accordingly.
  • You are passionate about helping others develop their communication capabilities to achieve professional excellence.
