Role: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager PR & Communications
Experience: 45 years
Location: Noida
This role will support digital communications, media engagement, rankings submissions, and content development, working closely with partners and practice teams across the firm.
Digital Media Management
- Drafting and publishing posts across the firm's LinkedIn, and digital platforms.
- Maintaining a content calendar for announcements, recognitions, articles, and event participation.
- Monitoring engagement and ensuring timely posting of firm updates.
Media Relations
- Monitoring media coverage relevant to the firm's practice areas, including intellectual property, technology, AI, and innovation.
- Tracking and maintaining a list of relevant journalists, editors, and publications.
- Identifying opportunities for articles, commentary, and expert contributions in legal and business media.
- Supporting outreach and coordination with media for interviews, quotes, and coverage.
- Maintain and update trackers.
Submissions and Rankings
- Coordinating with partners to prepare submissions for legal directories, awards, and recognitions.
- Gathering and organising case highlights, firm updates, and supporting material.
- Ensuring timely submission of rankings and award entries.
- Maintaining an internal repository of submissions and recognitions.
Content Development
- Preparing and refining short-form and long-form content for different platforms including LinkedIn, newsletters, and media publications.
- Assisting with article summaries, internal updates, and coverage of firm activities.
- Working with lawyers to shape thought leadership pieces and commentary where required.
Creative Engagement
- Identifying new opportunities to showcase the firm's work and expertise.
- Supporting communication around events, conferences, and industry engagements.
- Contributing ideas for campaigns or initiatives that strengthen the firm's visibility in its core practice areas.
Key Requirements
- 45 years experience in PR, communications, or media roles, preferably within professional services, consulting, or legal sectors.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and media engagement.
