As a member of the internal communications team, you will be part of a team that produces employeecommunications and ensures the continuity of a smooth employee experience through various internal GlobalWorkplace Service transitions. You will support the work of the team to create strategic communicationscampaigns and come up with innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with the client's culture. Youwill also collaborate with internal partners as needed across functions (Operations, Engineering, Transport,Soft Services, etc.) and geographies.This role will pivot around a complete understanding and alignment with the brand identity and brandingguidelines of CBRE and Microsoft (Global Workplace Services).
Essential Duties
Essential duties that this role will encompass will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Craft and convey clear, impactful, and engaging messages that tell a holistic story.
- Assist with background research and content development for speeches, mailers, videos,presentations & other corporate communications.
- Support the communications needs of the Microsoft Account.
- Engage in developing and executing strategic internal communication plans and executivecommunications to engage and inform employees.
- Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback.
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and/or opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to collect relevant information and develop operational know-how.
- Coordinates a variety of specialized communication responsibilities.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
- Deepen and evolve your expertise to stay relevant.
- Leverage AI to enhance the efficiency of deliverables.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Comm, or a related discipline from a 4-year college or university,and a minimum of four to 6 years of relevant experience and/or training.
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Certification in Instructional Design, Communications, or related fields preferred.
