Communications Coordinator

Minimum Experience: 2 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and accurate information assistance to existing parents and prospective parents approaching the School's office with queries.
  • Ensure that all emails received through the School's official email address are acknowledged and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to support the School's operational and administrative needs.
  • Maintain and regularly update the School's official website to ensure that all information remains current and accurate.
  • Manage and monitor the School's social media channels to ensure timely, engaging, and appropriate communication aligned with the School's values.

Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English communication.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple communication channels efficiently.

Qualification: Post-graduate in any discipline
