Brand Manager (Corporate Communication)
Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Brand Manager who can translate purpose into consistent, high-impact brand experiences across all touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—ensuring that our messaging, visual identity, and stakeholder presence remain cohesive, intentional, and aligned with our larger mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Governance & Alignment
- Ensure consistency and cohesion across all brand messaging, visual identity, and activities.
- Act as the custodian of the brand, maintaining alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Review and guide communication outputs to ensure adherence to brand standards.
- Brand Guidelines Adoption
- Drive adoption and correct usage of brand guidelines across all internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to ensure compliance.
- Enable teams with the tools, templates, and clarity needed to execute the brand effectively.
- Brand Visibility & Communication
- Ensure consistent and strategic brand visibility across relevant platforms with the right messaging, tone, and visual language.
- Execute key brand communication initiatives in alignment with overarching strategy.
- Stakeholder Presence & Effectiveness
- Ensure the brand is represented effectively across all external stakeholder interactions and activities.
- Evaluate and optimize the impact of brand presence in events, partnerships, and engagements.
- Brand Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen and expand brand presence among key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand recall, relevance, and differentiation.
- Assess current social media presence and performance across platforms.
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on growth, engagement, and consistency in brand messaging.
- Ensure social media efforts align with overall business objectives and contribute meaningfully to brand and organizational goals.
- Brand Asset Management
- Maintain and organize all brand assets, ensuring accessibility and version control.
- Archive and catalogue branded content for future use and reference.
