Execute the communication and training strategy aligned with the global Invoice Management Transformation Program and business objectives, ensuring successful deployment across Europe.
Plan and deliver comprehensive training campaigns for diverse target audiences, coordinating closely with Country Rollout Leaders and Project Managers.
Collaborate with the Change Management and Training Coordinator to design, develop, and continuously improve training programs.
Support the creation, maintenance, and deployment of training materials for the transformation program.
Simplify and translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand training content to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Utilize digital tools and platforms to deliver training and communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with global change management strategies.
Incorporate participant assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with the Global Change Management Leader to ensure all training deliverables meet corporate standards and expectations.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in German is required.
Ability to work across multiple time zones in a global environment.
Proven experience in training delivery and change management.
Background in Finance and/or Procurement; familiarity with tools such as Coupa and SupplyOn is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
Demonstrated ability to develop training curricula and conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders.
Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive transformation across regions and functions.
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content development tools.
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
Experience with Adobe tools for video creation is preferred (not mandatory).
Strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to anticipate and manage the human impact of change.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Project Management).
