About the Role

The Softskills Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the soft skills of employees in the BPO sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training sessions on various soft skills.
  • Assess the training needs of employees.
  • Develop training materials and resources.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainees.
  • Preparing the contents.
  • Hands on experience in content creation.

Qualifications

  • Graduation mandatory.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
  • Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the BPO sector.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: Up to 7 LPA
