Communication Trainer (Contractual)

We are looking to onboard a Contractual English Communication Trainer with specialized expertise in coaching Finance and Accounting professionals. The trainer will work closely with Wellversed's Finance Division to strengthen written and verbal communication skills, improve articulation of financial insights, and enhance overall professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Improve clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in written financial communication (emails, reports, MIS, investor documents)
• Enhance verbal articulation and confidence in finance reviews, meetings, and stakeholder conversations
• Strengthen presentation skills for clear communication of financial insights
• Reduce instances of miscommunication and rework in cross-functional workflows
• Build consistent communication standards aligned with finance and business requirements
• Deliver measurable improvement in communication effectiveness across the Finance team.

Skills Required

• Proven experience as an English Communication Trainer or Business Communication Coach
• Prior experience working with Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Consulting professionals (strongly preferred)
• Excellent understanding of financial terminology and professional business contexts
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and feedback skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical communication
