Job Role and responsibility:
- Conduct communication training sessions
- Design and implement activities, events on innovative language learning.
- Train students in soft skills, public speaking, and interview techniques.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
- Maintain a motivating and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute to Brototype's communication Instagram page through content preparation and presentation.
Requirements:
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Experience in soft skills and personality development training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle both individual and group sessions.
- Candidate must have own laptop.
- Candidate should be familiar with Tamil Language.
Added Advantage: Content creation and presentation skills, especially for social media platforms like Instagram.
