This Position reports to:
Business Communications Manager
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to propose and implement communication plans. Each day, you will implement assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to group guidelines, directives, and messages, within the approved budget. You will also showcase your expertise by generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications.

This role is contributing to Process Automation business based at Bangalore, India:
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting functions like HSE, Facilities and the Sports and Cultural committee, developing creative concepts related to all communication aspects, in accordance with ABB branding guidelines.
- Creating and editing promotional materials for use through various media channels.
- Managing the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature, in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.
- Maintaining a strong and positive collaboration with internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation.
Qualifications for the role - You are engaged in communication / marketing support activities with minimum 1-2 year experience and you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders in organizing events, cultural festivals and run other employee engagement initiatives across a layered organization
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in content and channel management and conceptualizing campaigns. with established skills in MS suite, including Coplot, TEAMS and Sharepoint sites
- Strong People skills and highly adept in stakeholder management across organization
- You are passionate about driving people engagement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree and cross functional experience in L&D HR Operations | HSE would be desirable
- You are at ease communicating in English, and Kannada. Hindi is desirable not essential.
