Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Jammu. The Communication Skills Instructor will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing curriculum, facilitating workshops, and mentoring students to enhance their communication and interpersonal skills. The role includes designing and implementing effective educational materials to support the success of aspiring aviation professionals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills.
• Experience in Training and Curriculum Development.
• Proficient Writing skills to create and deliver instructional materials effectively.
• Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit the needs of a diverse group of learners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in the aviation or hospitality industry is beneficial.
