The Novo Nordisk Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore, has over 4000 employees, partnering with global colleagues across the pharma value chain. The GBS Communications team shapes and amplifies the organisation's culture, reputation, and engagement through strategic internal and external communications. Based in GBS Bangalore, the team manages PR, media relations, social media, and employer branding, collaborating across business units to deliver impactful messaging. We also lead culture-building initiatives, leadership and engagement events, and programmes that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging-such as onboarding culture sessions, mentorship programmes, leadership summits, and diversity-focused activities like women in leadership and pride events. The atmosphere is fast-paced, collaborative, and driven by a shared commitment to excellence.
