Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the commodity and feed segment. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge. This role requires a professional who can drive revenue growth, manage a sales team, and build strong relationships with partners and key clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support to improve results.
Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Expand sales in commodity and feed product segments across assigned regions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and management teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market updates to senior management.
Travel across regions to support the team and strengthen market presence.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
810 years of sales experience, preferably in commodity trading, animal feed, or agri-products.
Proven experience in team handling and sales team management.
Strong network of distributors and channel partners in the industry.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple regions and achieve high sales targets.
