Commodity Operations-Paytm Money

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Back Office Executive to handle post-trade operations and settlement activities for commodity trading. The ideal candidate will manage daily reconciliation, reporting, client documentation, margin monitoring, and compliance with exchange and regulatory norms.

1.In depth knowledge of commodity trading, settlement process, margin systems, and delivery processes.

2.Familiarity with exchange guidelines and settlement cycles.

3.Commodity Trade processing & reconciliation

4.Manage pay-in/pay-out process for funds and commodities as per exchange timelines.

5.Verification of Statutory levies, charges, income etc.

6.Coordination with clearing members for commodity settlement and pay-in/pay-out activities.

7.Manage uploads and downloads of trade files, margin reports etc.

8.Regulatory compliance & reporting

9. Experience in Audit/Inspection handling

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree

35 years of experience in commodity back office operations (MCX/NCDEX).

Preferred skills :

Proficiency in MS Excel and back-office trading tools.

Strong communication and time management skills.

NISM Commodity Module certification
