Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in Vadodara. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves daily interactions with clients to provide tailored solutions and offering excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, the associate will collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and proposals to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Strong customer relationship management and client interaction skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of the sales cycle and experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in the HVAC or relevant industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is advantageous
