Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves building relationships with potential clients, showcasing properties, and negotiating deals to facilitate property sales and rentals. The Sales Associate will conduct market research, generate leads, coordinate property viewings, and provide exceptional customer service to all clients. The associate will also assist in managing contracts and maintaining accurate property listings.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in market research, lead generation, and property listing management
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools
