Role Description

This full-time, on-site position as a Commission Sales Associate is based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, prospecting leads, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The Sales Associate will also coordinate closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth, conduct market research, and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in market research and lead generation
• Understanding of marketing strategies and brand positioning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a goal-oriented team
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage
