Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in, India. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly sales targets. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries. The role also requires staying updated on market trends and product offerings to meet customer needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Marketing skills, including lead generation and closing techniques
- Customer Relationship Management and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Negotiation and Persuasion skills to secure profitable deals
- Understanding of the mining and metals industry or prior experience in a similar domain is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
