Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and meeting targeted sales goals. Your daily tasks will include conducting client outreach, presenting NEURAPIE's services, negotiating contracts, and maintaining post-sales client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. As a member of the sales team, you will also collaborate with internal teams to support business development strategies and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of mental health solutions or AI-based services is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a remote setup
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools to manage leads and track sales activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
