Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. Based in Ludhiana, this role involves both in-office and remote work. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and promoting Marvel Bikes products through various channels. The role also requires generating leads, preparing sales reports, and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's bicycle range to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal abilities
• Ability to meet sales targets and work with a goal-oriented mindset
• Experience in the retail, cycling, or sporting goods industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of sales and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
