Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, prospecting leads, presenting solutions tailored to client needs, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role will require strong communication and persuasion skills, coupled with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct Market Research and identify Business Development opportunities
- Technological literacy, including the ability to use CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in digital marketing or related industries is a plus
- Relevant sales certifications or training is highly desirable
