Role Description

The Commission Sales Associate will focus on driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, demonstrating products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves tracking market trends, managing sales reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site position located in Karur.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including client prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare or medical equipment industry is an advantage
  • Ability to analyze market trends and strategize sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in maintaining sales records and reporting sales activities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
