Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Bhopal. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients, building strong relationships, delivering sales pitches, and achieving targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting potential customers, providing demonstrations of the platform's features, following up on leads, negotiating terms, and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain platform features
- Proficient in market research and business networking
- Results-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
- Experience in digital marketplaces, technology platforms, or local business ecosystems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
