Role Description

Salary: 10000 per month(+ upto 15000 on commisions)

This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in Guntur East. The role involves engaging with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products from our wide range. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an organized workspace, updating inventory, and contributing to visual merchandising efforts. Your performance will directly impact the success of our store, making this an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals.

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Basic organizational and inventory management skills
• Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to meet or exceed sales targets
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail or sales experience is an added advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
