Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Mohali district. The selected candidate will focus on generating sales leads, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include engaging with prospective and current clients, presenting the company's hydroelectric solutions, negotiating contracts, and consistently achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing after-sales support, maintaining client satisfaction, and contributing to the organization's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales and negotiation, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Market research and customer analysis expertise to identify potential leads and business opportunities.

  • Familiarity with the renewable energy industry or experience in the hydropower sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in presentation and public speaking to deliver impactful client demonstrations.
