Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in KUWAIT for a COMMIS & DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE specializing in SUSHI Kitchen - . The role involves preparing and cooking Japanese dishes, ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety, working collaboratively with the kitchen team, and maintaining the quality and presentation of meals. The individual will also assist in managing food inventory, ensuring the work area is clean, and following recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and culinary skills, with a focus on Japanese cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen setting, especially with Japanese cuisine, is a significant advantage.
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred.
