Commis Chef

We're looking for a Commis Chef to join our Lucknow kitchen team someone who is curious, disciplined, and excited to grow in a modern, ingredient driven kitchen.

Job responsibilities:

• Support daily prep and service across the kitchen
• Learn clean cooking techniques and ingredient-first food
• Follow hygiene, safety, and kitchen discipline
• Work closely with Chef de Partie and senior chefs

What we need:

• Formal education in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts or a similar field
• Basic kitchen experience or culinary training preferred
• Respect for ingredients, people, and processes
