We're looking for a Commis Chef to join our Lucknow kitchen team someone who is curious, disciplined, and excited to grow in a modern, ingredient driven kitchen.
Job responsibilities:
- Support daily prep and service across the kitchen
- Learn clean cooking techniques and ingredient-first food
- Follow hygiene, safety, and kitchen discipline
- Work closely with Chef de Partie and senior chefs
What we need:
- Formal education in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts or a similar field
- Basic kitchen experience or culinary training preferred
- Respect for ingredients, people, and processes
