Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas for a Commis Chef. The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating under the guidance of senior chefs. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality culinary standards, ensuring kitchen hygiene, managing ingredients, and contributing to a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and basic Cooking techniques
• Strong Culinary Skills with attention to detail and presentation
• Knowledge of Hygiene standards and food safety practices
• Good Communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training is a plus
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
