Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef - Halwai at ITC Hotels Limited in New Delhi. Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Culinary Skills with a focus on traditional Indian sweets and desserts

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to fast-paced kitchen operations
  • Relevant experience or certification in culinary arts, pastry, or confectionery is an advantage
  • A commitment to quality, creativity, and attention to detail in food presentation
  • Prior experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel kitchen is desirable
