Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad as a Commis Chef. The Commis Chef will assist in daily food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and support the culinary team in cooking and plating dishes. Other responsibilities include ensuring ingredient freshness, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality meals. The role provides an excellent opportunity for skill development in a dynamic and inspiring environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills to assist in creating high-quality dishes.
• Strong grasp of Hygiene and Food Safety standards to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
• Good Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
• Hands-on experience or training in Cooking and kitchen operations is preferred.
• Passion for the culinary arts and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
