Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commis Chef for a full-time, on-site role at our Ahmedabad location. The Commis Chef will assist in food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of hygiene and maintaining food quality in alignment with established protocols. Responsibilities will include preparing ingredients, supporting senior chefs during meal preparations, monitoring inventory, and keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Food Preparation and expertise in Culinary Techniques
• Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with the kitchen team and follow instructions
• Knowledge and practice of food Hygiene standards
• Proficiency in Cooking and developing recipes
• An eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Formal training in culinary arts is a plus
• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
