Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters is a passionate team of professional coffee roasters and Q-Graders dedicated to delivering quality experiences. We take pride in sourcing directly from farmers, roasting in small batches, and crafting specialty coffee experiences for cafés and homebrewers. Featured at events like TEDx and the Indian International Coffee Festival, our mission is to create intricately profiled coffees with exceptional flavor.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Commis Chef. The Commis Chef will assist in daily food preparation and cooking tasks, ensure hygiene standards are maintained, and collaborate with team members to consistently deliver high-quality meals. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace and supporting the head chef and kitchen team in overall kitchen operations.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking
• Strong Hygiene practices and knowledge of kitchen safety standards
• Solid Culinary Skills for preparing and presenting dishes
• Good Communication and team collaboration abilities
• Prior experience in a professional kitchen is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary training or certification is an advantage
