Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Commis Chef at our location in Nagpur. The Commis Chef will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per our culinary standards. Daily responsibilities include supporting the kitchen team, ensuring a hygienic workspace, adhering to food safety regulations, and contributing to creative culinary processes. The role will also involve collaboration with team members to ensure timely and quality food preparation and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, including knowledge of essential Culinary Skills
• Strong understanding and commitment to Hygiene and food safety practices
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• A passion for culinary arts and quality food preparation
• Experience in preparing a variety of cuisines is a plus
• Formal culinary training or education is an advantage, though not mandatory
