Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service Excellence: Provide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality service to hotel guests at all times.
  • Kitchen Operations Support: Work at the designated kitchen station as assigned by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
  • Workstation Organization: Organize the assigned work area efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Handling: Properly receive, store, and put away kitchen orders following standard procedures.
  • Food Preparation Assistance: Assist in basic food preparation while adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Support senior kitchen staff to ensure timely service and consistent food quality.
