Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Commi III to join our team in Pune for a full-time, on-site position. As a Commi III, you will assist in food preparation and cooking processes under the supervision of senior chefs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of hygiene, managing workstation cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and ensuring the quality and presentation of food meets the standards of MadBom. You will also support teamwork in the kitchen to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a desire to enhance culinary expertise
• A solid understanding of Hygiene standards and the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
• Basic Culinary Skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced kitchen setup
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
• Culinary certification or diploma is beneficial
