Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi III at Autogrill, located in Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru. As a Commi III, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation and ensuring high-quality cooking. Key tasks include preparing assigned menu items, maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards, and assisting in the upkeep of the kitchen workspace. You will work as part of a supportive team and contribute to delivering an excellent dining experience for travelers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
- Knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices
- Basic Cooking skills and willingness to learn more advanced techniques
- Strong Communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or professional culinary environment is a plus
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Formal culinary training or certification is an advantage
